Little Mason

This is our little nephew Mason Ace! We babysit Mason on Tuesdays and Thursdays and enjoy his sweet personality in our home. He is constantly bringing smiles to our faces.

I never knew that a baby could have such a big sense of humor. Mason and I love to cook muffins for Tio. Mason is such a big help in the kitchen. With a spoon in one hand and a remote control (Jon has plenty of them) in the other, he is in heaven!

Mason is a big help when it come to laundry, he sure keeps it exciting! We are glad that we get to see this little man grow up! Happy First Birthday Little Mace!

DISNEYLAND

We had the wonderful chance to go play in Disneyland over our Fall break!
If you didn't know already, I love Disneyland. There is something about the churros, frozen lemonade, amazing ambiance, variety of people you can watch, fun rides, delicious smells, and the chance to be like a kid again. Jon was being such a sport as we ran around Disneyland, through all the crowds to go to all of my favorite kiddy rides.

We had fun going to California Adventures and wandering through some of the buildings. If you haven't seen it there is a sweet Toy Story animation spinny thing! haha. Yes a spinny thing. I don't know how else to explain it, but go see it anyway. Our favorite ride of all time is Indiana Jones in Disneyland. Jon scared the poor kid in front of us who was pretending to drive the vehicle by screaming at the top of his lungs like a little girl. Best moment ever!

Jon was even sweet enough to go on my favorite ride of all time.... SPLASH MOUNTAIN! He did not want to get wet so we tried to sit on the back, but of course that wouldn't fly with our luck... we were stuck up front. It didn't help that we were the heaviest people in the boat either. It didn't matter by the end that we were soaking wet, because we were too busy laughing. Thank you Jon for being the best hubby ever and taking your silly wife to Disneyland! I know that we will be crazy and fun with our kids when we take them.

OH YES! Thank you Matt, Tanner and Whitney for letting us crash at your house! It was fun being with some of the Vandy crew for the weekend (Brandon, Lindsay, Mason, Zack, Adam, Whit, Tanner and Matt!) I'm so glad that I have such a great family!

Dum dum dum dum

Well, we did it (nudge nudge)! After seven whole months of dating, we finally tied el knot-o. It was the most beautiful wedding EVER. Nobody really told us that, but we could see it in their eyes. It was amazing.

Who let those kids in the picture to steal our fire? This was our special day, and we had been waiting our whole lives to get a picture of us kissing in front of the temple with our families in the background. We never, however, dreamed of having a cuter couple in front of us in the picture. Worst day ever.

Sorry ladies. Taken, taken, stinky diapers, taken, taken, not of age (sickos), just married, has three girlfriends, missionary, and too cute for any of you.

Welcome to the family, Mrs. Vandermyde. Good to have you. Don't screw it up.

If there is ever a sudden storm, these ladies are prepared.

Dad is already behind Jon watching his every move. Jon can sense him there, and is afraid... very afraid.

You'd think it was our first time for how poorly we cut the cake.

Our rings got bored during the reception and ran off together. Luckily our photographer found them. Boy did they turn red.

Off we go to play Monopoly.
